The National Trust border spade, is a smaller version of a standard digging fork. It is ideal for working in confined borders. The tradional 'Box D' handle made from German Ash will mould to your hand with age. The head of the tool shows signs of being "worked" in places, as each fork is hand forged from a solid piece of steel by an English craftsman.
